When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) your Card/PayPal will be charged upon purchase. If you have other items in the cart, they will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

For all other orders you may request a cancellation 24 hours prior to shipment - subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
